John Graham
John is experienced in advising clients on their existing contractual relationships in order to identify risk and avoid costly litigation. His clients range from individuals to limited companies based in the UK and a number of foreign jurisdictions (including Australia, the US and Amman). John acted in the notable case of Harrison v Shepherd Homes (2011); and was more recently involved in the litigation arising out of the construction of the Rolls Building in London (the matter of Carillion Construction Ltd v (1) Woods Bagot Europe Ltd (2) AECOM Ltd (3) EMCOR Engineering Services Ltd (4) EMCOR (UK) Ltd). A firm supporter of ADR and taking the most costs-effective and commercial approach on behalf of his clients, John has been involved a significant number of successful ‘round table meetings’ and mediations.
